How I Work
If I had to put myself in some pigeon holes, I’d say I’ve learnt that I’m an intuitive empath who is clairsentient (I feel energy). You may be like me (& I often work with people who are learning about their own abilities) or not, that’s fine! I feel energy, atmospheres, other’s emotions & soul energy in my body (if I choose to) and have had a VERY long journey to learn how to interpret what I’m feeling. When I was younger I got ill for many years because I was an energy sponge but I learnt how to have much better boundaries & got well again (not something doctors teach!).

This all means I can also send my intuitive focused attention anywhere I like. So if I’d like to have a chat to a dearly departed loved one, a being not of the Earth or look back at a past life I send my attention that way. It’s a bit like tuning a radio to a certain frequency. I’ve had to learn to translate the energy though I’m feeling into words & pictures so I can communicate all that in human language!
As I’ve also worked as a life coach, with many psychological emotional tools & understanding of the issues of being a real flesh and blood person for a long time, I love people to feel like they can integrate & practically use all they experience. We are here to heal, grow, enjoy life and help each other in real down to Earth ways. This is not about spiritual bypassing ourselves off to another dimension but bringing all your talents, your love, creativity here-it’s needed!
