Come on a 6 month life changing adventure with me!
We’ll work with exactly what you need for your deepest healing & empowerment. Time to put those practical plans into action with plenty care & accountability.
You’ll be deeply held, supported & nurtured to release those wounds & obstacles in your path & step up in your life.
I’ll see you for twice monthly sessions.
We’ll connect for 90 mins for the first session & 60 mins for the next 11 sessions.

How Does It Work?
Book in your free discovery chat & tell me all about your dreams.
Our sessions will be an hour long over zoom/facetime or phone.
Set the intention for the sessions-where would you love to end up?
We will use a mixture of talking (getting to the deep truth of what will most support you), NLP/creative visualisations & tools, my intuition (& connection with your spiritual guides/beings or soul if you’d like) & come up with a practical plan too (that you can check back in with me about in the next session).
You can ask me any questions anytime or check in by email between sessions.
We might set homework of energy exercises, emotional tools or practical steps between sessions.
